Safeco Field Unexpected 20

Thanks for taking out the trash.

August 10 I was given a ticket to one of the Suites at Safeco Field.  I wasn't sure what to expect.

As it turned out, a seat in the suites is quite the posh way to watch a baseball game with a lounge area as well as box seats looking out over the field.  Multiple television screens provide close-ups of the action.  Drinks are stocked in a suite refrigerator, and food... 'free' food... is out on the bar when you walk in.

And all this is backed up by a hospitality team.  Sara was our waiter, but there was another man on the team who slipped in multiple times to empty the trash.  I didn't get his name, but I did leave him an Unexpected 20 at the end of the night.  That might have been my favorite part of the night... that and the tour of the stadium kitchens that Sara set up so that I could meet more of the staff.

Between me and my husband we've owned more MP3 players over the years than I can count, including Sansas, iRivers, iPods (classic & touch), the Ibiza Rhapsody, etc. But, the last few years I've settled down to one line of players. Why? Because I was happy to discover how well-designed and fun to use the underappreciated (and widely mocked) Zunes are.

Having been simply browsing for pertinent blog articles intended for a project research and I happened to stumble on yours. Many thanks for this valuable material!
