British Chef Michael Quinn Returns

Near the end of May we welcomed Michael Quinn back to the Northwest from England. Michel was an English celebrity chef with a resume that included cooking for royalty before losing everything to alcohol. Today—after a remarkable story of recovery from his literal death bed—Michael travels the world sharing his story with culinary students and challenging them to make different choices than he did. Michael connected with the chef-instructors at the Inland Northwest Culinary Academy and he was able to share his story with multiple classes.
